I thought the classic elegance of this kit was perfect for wedding layouts which was great for me since I have quite a few left to do for my lovely niece. I was so delighted with the velvet millinery flowers and black German scrap in the add-on kit. |
| The "adopted relatives" that Jenni has been including in the kits recently are simply charming and always so inspiring for me. This month the "best friends" reminded me of my best friend since the second grade so I dug through my photo albums in search of this picture to scrap. | |
| It's quite obvious that I have a serious kraft addiction. When I saw the Prima transparency, I think I was almost more tickled with the kraft packaging that came with it. I trimmed the background cardstock down to 12 x 12 and used the border design from the top of the sheet to add a snippet of color to my layout. | |
| I finally got my sewing machine fixed and had so much fun using it on this layout. For the border at the bottom, I first applied a rubon to a piece of the ledger paper and then distressed the edges. I layered this over a piece of the crepe paper ruffle from the project kit and stitched both pieces to the page. I love the look. For the frame, I pulled the two layers apart and only used the background piece with some added German glass glitter for this layout. | |
