Monthly Technique Gallery by Rita Weiss:I love to layer stuff on my layouts, and everything in this kit just screams to be layered to me!  I first glued the scalloped bazzil paper to a sheet of the fun Cosmo Cricket pp.   I then began the layering.  First, trimming an inner 9" square of another patterned paper, roughing it up a bit and then adhering it to the bazzil.  I then cut a pattern out of another sheet of pp to add to the bottom to "ground" my photos and journaling.   The Queen & Co. felt then got stuck on (I only peeled some of the sticky parts to give it a dimensional look).  Then I added my photos in and out of the felt.   I finshished the layout by intertwining the fun curly stitched ribbon through the felt, added some flowers and Jenni's hand journaled June date circle,  printed journaling strips and added the Sassafrass title letters (which I also layered onto my photos).    To give the layout a finishing touch, I then journaled all the way around the inner 9" square.   I had fun making this page.      The entire page was inspired by a bulletin board at my daughter's school where the teacher posted the questions:   "I wonder what it would be like to live in a world that is always' June" .   Love that!
