I absolutely adore the mini Jenni rub on letters. they are soo versatile that you can use them for your journaling or your title. I added some bling to the rub on stars as little accents. Also added a vintage childrens book page for some old world character. |
| I picked up this 'once pink' wooden starage unit at the local dollar store for $2 and knew that one day I would alter it. I used the pictue of the girl on the bicycle from the Sassafrass paper in the paper crafting kit, and adhered it so that when I cut it apart it would like somewhat like a puzzle. I also used the buttons from the kit to use as the tops of my drawer pulls. | |
| By now you know I love distressing, and the bright colors of the paper just compelled me to really curl the edges. I also used some random sewing I also used an xacto to cut out the rainbow, sun and clouds to give the layout some extra dimension. another technique to give you pages more dimension, is to sand the flowers around the outer edge and curl them up so that they look like they are popping off of the page. | |
| The 7 gypsies number album was the perfect size for me to use some of my most favorite quotes to live by! I love the look of the old dictionary pages covering the album cover. I layered some of the 7 gypsies cardstock stickers under my title and surrounded it with the beautiful pearls that came with the papercrafting kit. |
