FAQ's
Placing an order – orders can be placed quickly, easily and securely through our on-line system. Orders placed online go directly to our processing and shipping departments and are completed faster than a faxed or phoned order. However, you may also phone in an order (615-484-1844 ) or fax an order to (615-758-7219).
Minimum Order and Re-Order Amounts: An opening order will need to be at least $150. The re-order minimum is $100.
Quantities- All papers (including die cut papers) are sold in packs of 25. All other items are sold in quantities of 6 (as in 6, 12, 18, etc.).
Payment – A valid credit card number will need to be provided at checkout. Your card will be charged when your order is shipped (not at checkout) for the full amount due including shipping charges. There may be occasions when shipping charges are processed separately. Jenni Bowlin Studio does not currently provide terms for payment.
Shipping – All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground, including *International orders. Please be aware that this cost can be significant for most areas outside of the
Turn Around – Most orders are shipped within 3 to 7 days upon receipt. However, this time can increase from one to two weeks with the introduction of new products. Please let us know in the comment section at checkout if your order is needed in full or part by a certain date and we will respond as soon as possible. Ship dates for certain products will be reflected on the website when that product is purchased if it varies from the timeline above.
Backorders – We do not currently accept backorders. If an item(s) is unavailable at the time of shipment, the order will go out in full and the invoice will reflect the deletion of the unavailable product. If you would like to receive the item(s) that is unavailable at the time of the original order, another order will need to placed when the product becomes available.
Damaged or Missing Product – Please check your order against the enclosed invoice for any missing products and inspect for damage. We will happily replace damaged product or forward missing product if reported within 10 days of receipt.
Donations – if you would like to request a donation, please send a note through the contact link with “donation” as the subject line. Due to the amount of requests we are unable to confirm receipt. Please make your request at least 60 days prior to event. Donations are evaluated on a monthly basis and you will be contacted if your request is to be filled.
*International orders can be shipped via the United States Postal Service which is considerably cheaper. You may choose this option at checkout. However, USPS shipments cannot be tracked, although they are insured. A full 30 days must pass before a claim can be made on a missing package. The USPS requires that this claim be filed by the purchaser, not Jenni Bowlin Studio. Choosing this shipment option means that you are agreeing to these terms.
